On-site Services & Field Maintenance (FM)*
SANTEC
Communications can provide
the following On-site Field Maintenance Services (which are
required for each CPE device).
On-site Service & Field Maintenance
provided by SANTEC
Communications includes:
a. One (1) Year 24
x 7 x 4 On-Site Maintenance Services Contract includes:
i. Service calls within
4 (four) hours response time, 24 x 7.
ii. Open Trouble Ticket Report within 4 (four)
hours response time - 24 x 7.
iii. Monitoring Service for repairs.
iv. Post Installation Technical Support -
level 2nd, 3rd and 4th from the initial Site activation 24
x 7.
v. Free software upgrades for One (1) Year
(Three (3) Year Package is optional).
vi. Free defective parts replacement for:
Chassis replacement and/or Network Module replacement and/or
WAN Modules replacement and/or FLASH memory Modules replacement
and/or DRAM Memory Module Replacements and/or Defective Cables
replacement.
vii. 24 x 7 x 4 - Technical Assistance per
Event.
viii. On-site Service Dispatch.
b. One (1) Year 8
x 5 x NBD On-Site Maintenance Service Contract includes:
i. Service calls
by NBD response time, 8 x 5
ii. Open Trouble Ticket Report by NBD response
time, 8 x 5
iii. Monitoring Service for repairs.
