2. Ordering products and services from us requires a valid purchase order number or sales order number from your company, including your company billing information.

3. To submit your orders you must complete the Credit Application form and accept our business Terms and Conditions.

4. If you would like to order by Credit Card you must complete Credit Application and fax it to us.
